Under the tutelage of Peter Zisa, Travis Johnson advanced quickly and began to receive public recognition at a very young age. Travis’ career took flight with a performance at Carnegie Hall and other distinguished performance opportunities. He also received From the Top’s Jack Kent Cooke Young Artist Scholarship in 2007. In an interview and performance for From the Top Radio Program, Travis plays Bryan Johanson’s Boppin’ — a modern piece commissioned by Travis.
